Backtest results depend on historical data quality, assumptions about execution, slippage, and commissions. Real trading results will differ from backtested results.

6. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial billing periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Decay Lab and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of your use of this platform.

The total liability of The Decay Lab for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The platform, its code, design, and content are the property of The Decay Lab. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
